Banca IFIS
Workshop developed in collaboration with Banca IFIS within a wider project, developed alongside different Italian universities, whose goal was to discuss the future of pharmacy and client services. The service ideas were developed taking into consideration the role of new technologies regarding client services, the space of the pharmacies, and new work models.
